What's your return policy?

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to 38 countries. Climate products (cooling pads, humidifiers, fans) are US, Canada, UK, EU and Australia only because of voltage and plug types.

Most things are made for us by small workshops we've worked with for years. We pick everything ourselves — nothing on the shelf is a drop-shipped guess.
